Common questions
Do you sell to the public?
No. We supply retailers, wholesalers and online sellers. Every account is reviewed before it can place an order, which is why wholesale pricing is not shown publicly.
What is a minimum order quantity?
The smallest quantity we can supply for a given product, set per product rather than per order. It is shown on every product listing, and orders below it cannot be placed.
How does tiered pricing work?
Each approved business is assigned a price tier based on the volumes it moves. Your tier determines the per-unit price you see. Two buyers on the same tier pay the same price on the same day — pricing is not negotiated per order.
Where do the products come from?
Directly from manufacturers in Turkey, Bangladesh, China, Vietnam and India. We handle sourcing, quality inspection, freight and customs clearance ourselves.
How long does delivery take?
It depends on whether the stock is already in Nepal or being imported for your order. We confirm a delivery date when the order is confirmed, and we quote dates we can hold.
Do you deliver outside Kathmandu?
Yes — we deliver to retailers and wholesalers nationwide.
How do I open an account?
Send an enquiry through the partner page with your business details and the volumes you move. We'll review it and come back with a category plan and indicative pricing.
What happens if stock arrives damaged?
Contact us with your order number and photographs. Goods are inspected before they leave the factory, so damage in transit is handled as a claim rather than something you absorb.
